If in case, you need a part replacement after the warranty period is over, we will replace them for a reasonable cost. Will you deliver inside my home and upstairs?

Of course, we do deliver almost all of our products inside your home. However, it would be great if you have a lift and required ground access. If you have only stairs for access, then you must let us know at the time of ordering.

What is your warranty policy?

We have a warranty on all our products. However, the duration on warranty differs and it remains stated in each product description. Nevertheless, you must know that it is at least one year of warranty that we provide on most of our products. We cover all mechanical damages and hardware malfunction, but not any damage or wear and tear that is caused by the usage by the consumer. Please do not disassemble the mechanical part of any products as it may void your existing warranty. Do call us before taking any step.

What is the returns policy?

What do I do, if my product arrives damaged?

It is our responsibility to double check each and every product for quality and other aspects before shipping. We provide extra padding to ensure total safety for the products. However, if, in case, you receive a shipped damaged or defective product, there is nothing to worry. We will arrange for its return and replace. If the damage is minor then we will send in our technicians to repair it perfectly. However, you must inform us immediately on receiving the damaged product. We are available on phone or email, whoever suits you. Please do not discard the box or packaging as it will be required for a replacement. You can also help us serve you faster by attaching some photos of the damaged part along with your email.

Do we sell additional products that are not our own or do we try to match prices?

Well, there is no need for us to sell products from other companies. We are very confident about the quality and designs we offer. Are you always well stocked up?

Well, we try our best to keep all our products in stock for quick shipments. We make sure that we have our tables, beds, and sofas well in stock as they are hot selling. However for any kind of customization, or out of stock product the time to ship will take longer than usual, which is approximately three months.

If I need a product immediately?

Well, in that case, it would be great if you let us know while ordering the products. While we are always well stocked, but if, in case, a certain product is not ready and you need it within a specific time, then contact us and we will try to find a solution for you. We can expedite our production and shipment so that you receive your product faster.
